Location: Avail Academy Blaine Campus | 8966 Pierce St. NE Blaine, MN 55434
Salary: First-Year Teacher $30-40K
Benefits Include: Medical, Dental, Life Insurance, AD&D  Insurance and an optional Retirement Plan

Avail Academy, a Christian school in Minneapolis, is seeking a Second Grade teacher at its Blaine Campus for the 2025-2026 school year.

  • Loves God and loves young students.

  • Creates engaging, developmentally appropriate learning opportunities to meet a variety of student needs.

  • Collaborates effectively and positively with students, parents, and fellow staff members.

  • Recognizes, celebrates, and encourages the gifts of others.

  • Has a 4-year degree and a teaching license in elementary education.

  • Has experience effectively working with young learners and is uniquely gifted by God to teach them.

  • Has a passion for Christian schools and faith nurturing.
