Financial aid is awarded based on financial need and is administered and funded by Avail Academy. All personal and financial information is kept strictly confidential and secure. We calculate need based on a number of factors including income, expenses, assets, family size, and the number of children attending Avail.
Multi-Child Discount
Families who do not apply or qualify for financial aid are eligible for a multi-child discount.

Financial Aid
Avail Academy is committed to making a Christian education affordable and accessible for all families who desire an Avail education.
To ensure that we adhere to fair practices in distributing financial aid, Avail uses FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment to facilitate the financial aid process. This process provides an objective, consistent, and confidential analysis of each family’s finances. A family’s award will be determined by the Avail Finance Committee based on the submitted application report.
Submit your Financial Aid Application
Priority financial aid deadline is March 15 annually, but families are encouraged to submit financial aid applications as soon as you begin the admission process. Note that a $30 processing fee is collected during the application process.
Families applying by the deadline will be notified of their financial aid award in advance of registration. Late financial aid applications will be considered as they are received.
