Boys Head Basketball Coach | High School Campus

Position Status: Seasonal, Part-Time
Reports to: Avail Academy Athletic Director

Avail Academy, a Christian School in Minneapolis, is seeking a skilled and dedicated basketball coach for the high school boys team.

Our ideal candidate is someone who:

• Loves God and enjoys working with youth.

• Collaborates effectively and positively with athletes, parents, and fellow staff members.

• Recognizes, celebrates and encourages the gifts of others.

• Is uniquely qualified and gifted by God to coach basketball and help a team grow both athletically, communally, and spiritually.

About Avail Academy Athletics
About 80% of Avail Academy students are involved in the athletic program. Avail currently has teams in boys and girls basketball, girls volleyball, boys soccer, and boys and girls track and field. Avail Academy athletes compete against schools in the Eastern Minnesota Athletic Conference (EMAC)/4A Section (5A for soccer).

In a unique way, competitive athletics provides an opportunity to bring communities together while giving student athletes the opportunity to develop teamwork and grow closer to one another. Avail Academy challenges its athletes to pursue excellence with character.
