Go Projects
Where personal faith meets community action: That’s a GO Project.
Whenever there are real people with real needs and meaningful work to be done, we GO. GO Projects are more than just service opportunities—they’re a way for students to live out their faith and make a tangible impact in the world around them.
These projects happen in many ways. Some arise directly from class learning, connecting academics to action. Beyond that, all 9th and 10th-grade students head offsite twice a month to serve with one of our trusted community partners. For 11th and 12th graders, the experience becomes deeply personal—they design their own GO Projects, choosing organizations in the community to meet specific needs alongside real people doing real work.
GO Projects are part of the beautiful story God is writing at Avail Academy, preparing students to become servant workers, justice seekers, and community builders. It’s more than an assignment; it’s a calling to reclaim the world for Christ.
